    I was thinking of racing this tomorrow, the problem is I'm 17 years shy of being a vetran. Will they turn me away if I rock up or will they allow me to ride time only?

    You'll be turned away.

    1. Not being a member of IVCA.
    2. Underage.


    ...then again, the roads are free and you can ride when and where you want. You can ride the course but won't be timed by the timekeepers. Actually, might not be appreciated if you get in the way of other riders.
