Hi,

I have been on a JB(Jobseeker Benefit) since the begging of Dec 2008, its about to run out after the middle of August. My situation didn't change since than, still unemployed and single (living on my own and receiving Rent Supplement as well) don't have any source of income other than benefits.

My question is : Do I have to apply for Jobseeker Allowance or will they switch me automatically, if I do than do I have to submit my application in advance or should I wait until my JB runs out?
