Hey guys. Quick question for ye. Can anyone tell me if after taking an upgrade and getting the iphone 3gs, could you move network and thus get out of the 18 month contract that you get tied to?

    Cheers.

You could move, but you would have to pay the remaining monthly amount.

So if you left after 4 months, you would have to pay the 14 remaining months cost of your package.

Afraid it's not that straightforward. 02 would rightly chase you down for the remaining value of your contract. A costly way to get an iPhone :)

I knew it couldn't be that simple. Thanks guys.
