Hey guys, someone please help me!!

I'm currently trying to find insurance for my first car. I have my full licence since Oct 2007 and have been named since, so thats only one years experience. I have received some seriously ridiculous quotes, circa €2500!

At the moment, my best is €1300 with www.nononsense.ie. Has anyone ever dealt with them? any probs etc?

Can anyone suggest anywhere to search for a cheap quote. I'm buying a Nissan Almera so shouldn't be any prob there.

    How old are you incidentally?

Get the phone book out and ring every company and broker.

unfortunately I fall smack in the middle of the dodgy young male driver stereotype, I'm 21.

Currently going through all the online quote engines, then going to move on to brokers etc.

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with any and can recommend them?

I'd forget about online quotes and call every ins co and a good selection of brokers.

I hate to tell you but you won't get a cheap quote until you are 26 at least. The likes of Hibernian and Quinn probably won't even give you a quote online or the phone.
