USB & DVD Recorde

    Hi,

    Not sure if I'm in the right thread if so, please point me to the right thread. Just wondering if anyone can tell me why my usb key wont work on my DVD Recorder? It recognises the device has been plugged in but just keeps saying "reading".

    what type of files are on the usb (dvd avi divx ect)

    What file system did you format the usb key too? Make sure to use FAT32 and not NTFS

    make sure there are no other type of files on the key( my philips wont read the usb if there are any non avi files on it)

    There are no other files on it just bought it yesterday and put avi file on it. Thanks for your help.
