Shopping for suits

    Hi
    I'm starting a job in september and i was thinking of travelling somewhere to go shopping for suits.. combine a holiday with shopping for a new work wardrobe..

    does anyone know what European cities are good for shopping.. I heard Berlin was good. anyone any experience or any other suggestions

    Rome. Unbelievable amount of mens clothes shops with brilliant value in good quality suits, shirts & ties. They are all over the place, particularly around the Trevi fountain.

    If it's ladies suits you are looking for, sorry.

    I would go to Rome alright, but not near the Trevi fountain. Get the metro out to Viale Marconi (Marconi metro stop), long street, loads of great shops, cheaper than the centre..
