Hi All, Just wondering has anyone got any prices in recently to build a house in Dublin, i am planning on building soon and would like to compare pricing i have received, i got quoted 125 per square foot for the builders finish for a 1,000 square foot house

Hey. We're building about 15 minutes drive from Blanchardstown, quite near dublin and I can tell you a price of 125e per sq ft for builders finish with a contractor including heating and windows is fairly competitive. That's about the best quote we got. To build a good quality house to meet current regulations you'd want to be budgeting at least 125e per sq ft.
