Irishrail proper single journey pricing?

    Am i to believe my eyes looking at irishrail.ie and seeing that if i dont want a return journey that a single ticket now cost 1/2 the price of a return and not the ludicrous €2 or €3 less than it did before? Havent got a train in ages.

    With the special web fares generally 2 x single = return. However, at the booking office or from the vending machines it's still the same price structure.
