This forum tend to be more fans of mma rather that practioners - i havent seen it on sale anywhere but then ive never looked for the stuff & dont really visit alternative stores - have you tried any chinese health stores?

you might have more luck asking in the 'self defence & martial arts' forum

thanks for your reply...have tried quite a few of the Chinese herbalist I could find around Dublin......(I may be wrong but am under the impression that taking Jow internally is not a good idea) but thanks for the directions..will try the one in Georges Street.

    http://www.plumdragonherbs.com/recipe.html

just googled and found these, anything with Frankincense and Myrrh in it is on the right track. the Cao Chong seems the simpllist and the Ancient way the most expensive.
Go to a herbalist get the herbs, mix with strong alcohol, leave in a dark place for 6 months, and there you go.
What are you using it for? Iron Palm / Broom/ Fist? There are training methods that can speed up and enhance the results. Not all involve striking!

Thanks for your reply: I'm training iron Palm for the first time in quite a few years...Jow recipes always take too long for me as I move around a lot and my experience of ordering products from the States and the UK have not been positive......quite a few of the Chinese herbalists have tried selling alternatives but really I would like any half decent jow...any more advice would be great...thanks for mthe replies above.
