Hi, I'm just wondering is there anywhere in Longford that does Bikram yoga? My boyfriend is thinking of trying it and given he works in Longford it would be easier than trying to get to Mullingar on time for it.

No just down by the football pitch. I'm going today, I can pick up a timetable and post details later, if that helps

    Hey,

My mam goes to a drop in hatha yoga class on a Wednesday I think in Longford town. I'm not certain but I think its in the Temperance Hall.

There's a yoga class Tues 7.30pm and Wed 6.30pm in Temperance Hall, the instructors name is Ivan, it's a really good class. If you want his number let me know

If you are looking for yoga classes in your local area, you can click on 'teachers' on the bottom menu bar of www.burrenyoga.com and enter in your County and click 'search'.

If you are looking for good quality yoga teachers including bikram yoga, then you may like to consider a weekend yoga course at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre.

There is a full list of weekend courses for the Autumn listed at

That site doesn't name any teachers in Mullingar or Longford that I could see.
