How to call BMW UK Premium Support Number?

BMW UK has a service you can get if you call a premium number (09.../1 Pound-Min) and they will send you an email with the full dealer service history details.

But it does not seem to be accessible from Ireland.

    Anyone has a workaround?

    Cheers

I'm pretty sure UK premium numbers can't be called from outside the UK. I'd try either calling BMW UK on their normal number or emailing them, i'm sure if you get hold of the right person they'll be able to help. I take it the service book's missing some stamps?

If you have the invoices then you could call the service departments who issued them - they'll have all work carried out on file so you can double-check. I've done this myself several times, most garages are quite happy to help.

is this something you need to do regularly or just a once off???

the number is not accessible from Ireland...

have you called eircom and asked them can they facilitate the call being made??

Call a mate in the uk and have him make the call and send him a few pounds..

    This is the simplest/cheapest/best solution.

There's no issue with calling service depts to verify info.

Just need it once for the new car I am picking next saturday.

The seller told me he has 4 invoices from dealers with Inspection I/II done.
There was 4 previous owners so I suspect one or two previous owner might have lost some bills.

Car has 77k Miles, the idea is also to make sure the mileage is genuine with any recent dealer service.

    Cheers

Hi go to this site http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php put the
09xxxxxxxxxx number you have in the bottom search box and click search. It should come up with a proper UK land line number.

    Hope this helps
