I got mine (Specialized BG Expert) from www.bikeplus.co.uk. They are a great shop and they do deliver to Europe. I ordered the previous year's shoe in a sale, they ended up out of my size and sent me the new year's model at the same (heavily discounted) price.

I have heard rumours about there being geographic restrictions on Specialized products but you could give them a try. Cyclestore.co.uk also do Specialized shoes but I have never bought from them.
