    whats the process for a junior getting a membership there,does anyone know?

    Give them a ring or call in and they will give you an application form or send it out.

    Then just fill it in and bring it back in with the fee.

    I joined as a student (which is a type of junior membership) in May.

    i heard you have to have a meeting with them or something. is this true and if so what's it in aid of?

    I didn't anyway. Possibly for full adult membership i.e. buying a share you may have to.

    I think the meeting is to introduce you to some of the committee members and to tell you a bit about the club. It's to make you feel more welcome...
