    Hey,

I'm thinking of heading to a car boot sale in the next couple of weeks to declutter and was just wondering if anybody knows if it's alright to sell food i.e. cakes, biscuits etc. which have been home baked. Or is there some sort of licence or permit required?

    Thanks

Don't know if you need a licence, but I have seen stalls with packaged food, cakes, bikky's,choco's etc. TBH I always assume it's near it's sell by when I see food on stalls.A patch in an indoor market would probably suit home cooked stuff better.
