    Needs some music recording done, looking for an inexpensive solution, anyone know of a studio, preferably home studio that I could use?

    Ideally I want about 10 songs for a cd to sell at gigs. 5 instruments including voice

    Should have said in OP that its Jazz I'll be recording so I'm looking for someone/somewhere that has experience of recording for jazz also the fact that I want to be able to sell these CD's at gigs means I'm looking for high enough quality. Sorry for being so fussy!!! :rolleyes:

    You should really try this studio. Top class engineer and flawless results! I just did an album here and his ability to mic insruments and get beautiful vocals is right on the money! Check him out and sure send a message on myspace to him and see what happens.

    You should probably pop a post up on the music production forum here on boards as well - you'll get plenty of info and offers there.
