    Hi all,
Finally getting around to setting up a htpc, and I'm thinking of going with a Hauppage Wintv 3000 or 4000 as it will take everything in and the mobo is a mATX so I only have one PCI slot.
(I would have liked a pinnacle 7010 as it allowed you to access two front ends at the same time, but they're not manufactured any more).

As money is tight I'm wondering if the on-board graphics ATI radeon xpress 200 would be up to the job. I'm not really looking for full HD or blue ray, just to dump the sat box, video, dvd etc.

Other specs that might be relevant.
    Case - AOpen XcCube 945
    Ram - 1GB
    CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3200+
    TV - Panasonic 32" 720p
Mobo - Can't quite remember, put it has a parallel port and no hdmi !?!
O/S - will be using Mythbuntu, or myth in Kubuntu.

    thanks in advance
