    Hi
I am setting up office from home and not great with computers!
can anyone tell me (very simply!) how to set up outlook express so that my gmail email account can be automatically accessed through it - or this this possible?? also i have several gmail and ymail accounts - can i get all my mail coming through outlook - this would be such a luxury for me!

    Thanks alot in advance...

It depends on what you want to do. Do you want to download the mail from gmail to your pc (not longer on gmail) or do you want to access the gmail through outlook express but leaving them on the server.

i meant the OP could use POP and download mails to local PC
    or
use IMAP where mails stay on gmail server and interact with them through outlook express.

or you could use POP and leave the mails on the server, but there wouldn't be any synchronising (mail deleted locally would still be on gmail and vice versa)

I just want to be able to read the mail in outlook express then save it to the computer for future reference?? Any idea how??
