    Here he is training with rampage and from what we see eating him




    Still don't think he will take Fedor but he is defo in with a shout.

    That footage is from a good while back, well before the fedor fight was announced..

    I've always felt he will give Fedor a run for his money. He's greatly improved his striking in the last 2 years as well.

    Training footage is always iffy though, seleective shots of fresh guys vs tired guy etc etc. I wouldn't look too much into how bad Rampage looked there tbh.

    I think it might be three years old. The two of them trained together for Barnett's fight with Hunt and Rampage's fight with Lindland in 2006

    Rampage was not even resisting most of the time there!

    this tells us nothing.

    I think that the purpose of the spar was to have a moving punchbag and not for them to kick lumps from each other.
