Sending a video clip by email

Hey folks whats the best way of sending a video clip by email. Ive tried compressing it into a zip file but its still too big. Its 100mb as an avi. file and not much smaller 99.7mb. Any advice?

At that size I would say forget about emailing it, its far larger than most email providers will allow sent.

You would probably be better uploading the file somewhere like YouSendIt and mailing the link.
