what ever type of business you start, just make sure you provide better service than the average Irish business and you're set.

I can't believe the number of contract people I have that just don't do what they're asked, don't show up, or do ca crappy job of it. And I have to track them down. Yes, even in this economy.

a pancake and waffle house :D

    a real american diner experience.

a mexican fast food style outlet-burritos/nachos etc.

these would be my ideas :) but have them in good locations.

Offer better service or lower prices whatever you do.

a website that you can order take away from, you are basically a middle man with customer and all chinese, indian etc... take aways in dublin

setup a cigarette company that sells packs of 20 but the cigarettes are half the length of normals one, thus half the price but still legally a 20 pack.
