JSB and earnings in relevant tax year?

I am in the process of applying for job seekers benefit. I have more than enough PRSI contributions in the relevant tax year. However I notice from welfare.ie that if you have been earning less the €300/week in the relevant tax year than you are only entiltled to a reduced rate of JSB? I spoke to someone in dublin to find out my PRSI contribution in relevant tax year and I was told that I had enough to qualify. I have 271 paid contributions since i started working, which is more than the 260 needed to qualify for JSB. I asked the woman I spoke to if I can expect to get a reduced rate of JSB as I was only earning approx €150 per week in the relevant tax year and she told me I should get the full amount €204.30 as I have more than enough paid contributions since I started working! Does anyone else have any experience of this? As I am still of the opinion that I will only get a reduced rate of JSB.
