I'm looking for a recommedation for a good product to get rid of cellulite. I know you can't really get rid of it once you have it but something that would help the appearance. Anything you ever used that was good? Along with regular exercise and a good diet obviously. ;)

Something I found works really well on the outer thigh area is body brushing. Not expensive at all, buy a round body brush, I got mine in the Body shop.

The key here though is consistency. You MUSTdo it regularly or the cellulite returns. Works best if you do it dry before your shower/bath, in circular movements towards the heart (something to do with aiding the lymph system) and again, when soaped up in the shower/bath. The results are usually visible within a week, but again you must do it at least every second or more if you can manage it. Most effective thing I've tried with only a one off payment and a bit of perseverence!

Question about body brushing, does it not hurt? It always feels like I'm grazing the legs off myself, usually end up red for hours!

It should be done in quick, light, circular strokes as long as you can bear, but I know the feeling, it ain't comfortable!
