(Apologizes if this link has been posted before)

For all those people out there thinking about taking up the game (or returning to it).. I found this website brillant: http://www.coachingtoolbox.co.nz/toolbox/

It's a sister site of the allblacks.com website specifically aimed at training and coaching.

You can create your own personalised training plan - for off-season, pre-season and in-season.

You just pick your postion, your experience and your fitness level.
It then gives you a 7 day plan tailored towards your postion(s)

It has loads of automated demo's, video clips, drills, advice and tips.

Take your time and read all the different area's, you'll be amazed - I promise you that much.

... and its good motivation for anyone who is thinking about starting or returning to the game!
