Hi Folks. I was wondering if anyone could recomend a good internet traffic monitoring utility. There is one included with my antivirus software but it's pritty basic and i would like to have one with a bit more detail plus i dont really trust it all that much. Any help would be much appreciated.

I use 'Bandwidth Monitor Pro', but there may be better ones around..
