PC boot problem

'Remove disks or other media -
    Press any key to restart.'

That's what I'm getting just after the POST completes. I've reseated everything including the main mbd power plug and it makes no difference. Pressing the any key makes no difference either.

Any ideas? It was working fine up to now... well, it took two tries for it to boot in XP successfully, but it worked before.

Unplug any USB memory sticks, memory cards, iPods, Hard Drives or CD's / Floppy Disks and reboot the computer.
