    Hi All
Am not sure if I'm in the right place but will give it a go anyway. I want to replace the window glass on my back door-currently double glazed with flowery pattern with double glazed, plain glass and replace the plastic bottom panel with glass aswell. I got a quote today for the work-E500-and think that this can't be right? Does it seem like a lot, just to replace glass in a back door? Any help appreciated. Forgot to mention that door is standard size.

Sounds a bit OTT alright. You'd damn near buy a single door and have it fitted for that - well not quite but not far off it.

Shop around and you will get it for close on half that

Agree with muffler that's a rip off price. Go direct to a glass shop with your measurements and they'll give you a price for the glazed units. you can work out the labour cost from that.
