    Dyson Awards.

    Noel joyce from i.t carlow has designed the ergostop wheelchair brake system and has entered it into the http://www.jamesdysonawards.org/ . Noel a wheelchair user himself has designed this system to give back independence to disabled people. He wants to develop the concept too production stage.He hopes to do this by promoting the idea through the dyson awards. He is seeking votes to help him win the competition.
