Complaint "forwarded to letter delagator"

    I recently sent a complaint to apple about their repair service... Basically I sent my iPod to them and they sent it straight back! (wasn't too happy!) they sent me a really crappy response so I sent them another complaint. They then went to say that my letter had been forwarded to the "letter delagator". Does anyone know what this means...?
