From where I'm sitting that link appears to be invalid (the server is giving a 404 error which means the file doesn't exist at that location).

But normally, you put [noparse] before the link and [noparse][/noparse] after the link to make it work.

So in the case of the file you've linked to you'd type:
[noparse][/noparse]
to get the result you want.

Not all forums allow embedded images though so for some of them you may just get a link inserted as a result. You'll get nowhere any time the initial link is wrong though (or sometimes for various other techy reasons on the site hosting the image that would take too long to list):)
