Good luck to the Irish playing today. Those I have spotted on the list include

Jude Ainsworth, Derek Murray, Mick Graydon, Tommy Finneran, and Paddy "The Dentist" O'Connor.

Anyone else know who is still in / playing?

Marty is probably on the spreadsheet as UK. I searched using the uber-hand find function only for players who the WSOP picked up their country of origin as "Ireland"

I check again just for you Neill:

    1076 Power, Nicholas 33,350
    (no town or country given)

There is no Smyth but i did find this (maybe his hand writing is sub-standard and they couldn't make it out?)

1241 Smith, James Belfast UK 46,625

    :)

Just realised this is a pal of mine who won his package in a local home game. About 16 lads ran a league for 6 months coming up to the WSOP. They got together €19,000 i think and winner paid into main event with the other lads tagging along..

He got busted out by 'Beppe DiMarco'(the fella from Eastenders), think it he got it in on the turn with the straight only to get called by Beppe's set of fives and he filled up on the river.(so i'm told)

    Never liked Eastenders anyway...
