    Hi Guys,

I have an MP3 player needs to be fitted to my car. I enquired in a garage, and they are asking €80 to fit it.

Does any one know of any place, where I can get it fitted for cheap.

    Cheers,
    Ace

    In Car Technology, Liosban Estate
but it's usually easier to fit yourself than you would think.
What make player is it? Car?

Thanks for the reply. It's a Toyota Avensis and the player is Sony.

The Mechanic at the garage told, it is complicated, so he's charging 80. But I think it is bit expensive.

included in that price is probably the ISO loom Like This that allows an aftermarket radio connect to the toyota loom which may take up about €20 of the cost. so essentially he is charging €60 labour. all in all an hours work max but probably can be done is about 30min.

is the avensis radio a single din radio or a built in radio?

This is a good site for instructions but unless you feel comfortable doing DIY in cars you might just check the golden pages for your area.
