Compain on garda, how?

    How can I make an official complain on Garda? I was thinking about sending a letter to Garda Commissioner or their headquarter in Dublin or wherever it is but I don't know if that's the correct way to do that.


    Short story:
    I made a emergency call to 112 on Sunday from my house as 15 minutes before my life was in danger but no one came even though the officer on the phone said someone will arrive in a moment.

    It was a complete ignorance from their side and the biggest lack of competence I have ever seen in my life...
