I'd forgotten about receiving this call until today .... I got a call from above number on July 2nd and obviously hadn't a clue who it was but answered it ..... no-one there surprisingly enough.

I googled it just now and loads of people in different countries have been receiving calls from this number, so i just wondered did anyone else here receive a call?

    so random!!!

Usually some sort of scam. Don't answer it.

I think it's one of those calls that say your going to die that day 90 years time.

Could be just to see if the number works and is answered so that marketers or scammers can use it?

Turns out to be a Moroccan Area code.

Iv gotten a couple of missed calls from a strange number. I don't remember the number but i looked it up on the internet and found loads of other people had received calls. Some of these people rang the number back and got a recorded message.

Seems like it was some sort of scam.

oh lads ... its like a total scam! I surely wouldn't ring them but i read online that this other person DID ring it and got a whopping phone charge, dear dear me.

    According to http://www.telecom-tariffs.co.uk/codelook.htm it's a mobile number.

Yep, I stand corrected the regional codes in Italy have been phased out.

    +39 then 3 for mobiles

I get them about 3 times a day from +971509726075, never anyone there clearly.
Scam everybody says.. what sort of a scam? just them trying to get you to ring back?

It's wrecking my head! Always think it might be someone nice calling =(

One favorite trick is to get you to phone a premium rate number that's connected to an "engaged tone" in the hope that you will try more than once to get through, what's actually happening is that you are being charged €5 per connection!

Yea I got that call too, its very odd I don't exactly know what they would be getting out of it if all they do is hang up.

Do you have items for sale on the internet? A car maybe? I used to get these calls also when I had my car on carzone.
