Hi there. I know someone who was recently at a function in a hotel, and to make a long story short fell on the dance floor, broke arm and is now out of work for 2 months min. Someone else had a fall previously in night and hotel staff were on the dancefloor cleaning after that incident. They had the little yellow men on the floor while they were cleaning but took away once finished.
We`re just wondering what options(if any) are out there available to the injured party?
