3 UK broadband modem - can't access the "my 3 " website

I am currently using a 3UK broadband dongle on my netbook (Win XP)
It's working fine but I can't access one page - the My3 login page

    https://my3.three.co.uk/mylogin//login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fmy3.three.co.uk%2Fmyaccount%2Findex.do

I can access all other webpages so I can't figure this out at all - I just get the "page cannot be displayed" statement.

Any ideas - setting in XP?? It only happens on this page and I can access the page no problem from my home XP machine...:(

yes,it's an ordinary website so I'm reckoning there must be something in an internet explorer setting that is causing the failure on my netbook....
