Grant form - question about previous academic history

I previously in 2002/2003 received the maintenance grant for a 1 year PLC course which I failed to complete. I'm now applying for the grant for a level 8 honours degree. Am I right in saying that my prior receipt of the grant (and the fact that I dropped out) has no bearing on my current application since it's a higher level course?

Also, on the grant form it asks me to list my previous academic history? Should I include the plc course here, even though I didn't complete it and have no results to show?

Yes, you're meant to put down anything and everything, otherwise it could delay/cause problems with your grant application. However, do keep in mind that as you dropped out and didn't complete a course but and have gone back after 5 years you're classed as a 'second chance student' and therefore yeah, there'll be no problem with getting a grant/getting 'free fees'.

    Thanks.

Also - it says to include documentary evidence for any courses completed or part-completed. Does that mean I'll have to get something from the plc college saying I dropped out?

Not sure what exactly is required there, but I'd assume so. To drop out you should have filled out a form, so perhaps it's just a copy of this form. If you didn't fill out anything, you should get in contact with them anyways.
