Sorry probably asked a million times already, do you need a license for an Air rifle or air pistol, and if so how much are they and how do you apply ?

Yes, currently 39 euro per annum, 80 euro per three years from this year (assuming the Bill passes on time and nothing wierd happens), and the process for the current legislation is described here. Haven't seen the new forms yet, but the process should be similar.
