Cancelling new HD subscription

    Hi, just upgraded HD a few weeks ago and am wondering do I have to keep the HD subscription for the year or can I cancel anytime?

    unlike a sky package which you have to keep for a year,you can cancelle an upgrade anytime, including HD.

    Wrong.
    An upgrade with Sky, similar to an upgrade on a phone contract must be honoured for the minimum term ie.12 months.

    If you just upgraded a few weeks ago you better contact sky asap as you have one month trial period to decide and cancel.

    After the month has passed you must keep it for one year.

    They will take back the HD box and refund your payment oridinally paid for the box hiowever you lose the payment if any made for the installation.
