Question regarding social services card

I lost mine years ago and while in dole office applied for a new one that was over a month ago. It's only really dawned on me that do they send it out to your house or do you collect it in the dole office?

I was issued a new one when I put in my application last month, they posted it out to me.

They post it out to you - shouldnt take longer than a fortnight. You can ask the Social Welfare office for a temporary card in the meantime

They gave me a temp one but it ran out 2 days ago,odd i've not recieved it i'll go in and pester
