iPhone 3G(S) MMS Settings - Vodafone

OK. Have tried the standard settings as mentioned in previous threads and other various internet sites. MMS won't send or receive though.

Before I ring Vodafone, I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to get MMS working and if yes, what were their settings?

Ok. I rang Vodafone about 3 hrs ago. There was something up with my number so they had to re activate mms receive and send for my number.

I can report that I can now send and receive MMS on Vodafone on a jailbroken and unlocked 3GS.

Just used stock Vodafone settings.

Thanks for posting back. What do I need to put in for the MMSC, MMS Max message size, MMSUA Prof URL and MMS Proxy fields? Also, where is the option to actually create an MMS??!! I've been hunting around for one but no luck.

Here's mine.

Once you input these, restart your phone. Then open Messages. The phone will prompt you to input your phone number. I entered mine as "35387.........".

Voila! If it doesn't work after that, ring Vodafone and tell them you can't send and receive MMS for some reason.

Hi Everybody....

3GS - Italian, unlocked..

I have used all the settings as described here.

I can send a message, but cant receive it....

I know it takes a while.....

Guess all I can do is call Vodafone

Anyone know how they entertain requests like this for iphone...should I even mention I am using iphone
