Just saw there that he was released a while back. Big shame.. Such underused talent IMO. Had great technical wrestling (great fisherman suplex and splash) and a brilliant worker on the mic. Had the look, and the charisma. Seemed like he had everything needed to become a big player, but apart from his earlier work - never really got a shot.

    Any fans?

The Money Shot. It would be great if TNA or ROH signed him up. What age is he now?

He's 38, still a few years left on him I'd say.

Yeah he was definitely a good wrestler and good on the mic,but being brought in as a pornstar was the death knell for his wwf/e career.,how the hell did somebody think that would be a good gimmick?!

Wasn't he Raw general manager in 2003 or 04 under his real name?
I seem to remember something like that

I liked him, although his character for the last few years wasn't that great

I'm trying to think, he's coming in on the next tour for some Japanese promotion, it was only announced a short while ago. I think it might be NOAH. Could be interesting

EDIT: It's New Japan. He's probably a better fit there

I always liked Sean Morley and thought they should have pushed him without the towel (no i dont mean like that). Its hard to believe he was once CMLL heavyweight champion, i do think he would do well in another promotion and im not surprised that as Fozzy says hes touring in Japan again soon. He was unused in WWE for far too long.

and yes currythis he was assistant GM iirc back then as Sean Morely not Val Venis

I was always a fan of him but his gimmick would of never really got him far.

His was Eric Bischoff's assistant at one stage using the name Chief Morley.
