Mature student (31) starting a Masters in DCU in September. Looking for a cheap 1 bed flat/apartment in Dublin 1 or Smithfield, Grangegorman or other close areas. Does not have to be close to DCU as I have my own transport but preferably on the northside and not too far from town. PM me if you have anything available.
