3 Broadband toggle not connecting

I think this is the right forum for this. I have 3 broadband, but it will only connect through 1 USB port on my laptop. Ive tried it on the other 3 but no joy, any ideas?

Do the other usb ports work for anything else?
My own three toggle can be a bit contrary sometimes, the laptop seems to have a hard time recognising it quite often but if you're only having a problem on one specific usb port, it's likely that the problem is with the usb and not with the toggle.
Have you tried updating the drivers?
If you're running vista, go to control panel, click device manager, find your usb ports, right click, then click update drivers.
