If your recieving rent allowance from the HSE the max they pay in rent allowance is 66 euro per week. http://www.citizensinformation.ie/categories/social-welfare/social-welfare-payments/supplementary-welfare-schemes/rent_supplement

As from the city council, the last figure I heard was 400 a month max.

to answer your question, you will receive nothing 700 pm xceeds the upper limit for rent. try finding something for 300-400
