Currently have an iPhone 3g working on vodafone and just wondering if there's a way to get delivery reports like on the nokia phones?

Put *R* at the start of your message is the solution on O2. Worth a try on Vodafone?

tried to put *R* in front of the message but it didnt work.

anyone any ideas?

According to iRealSMS (The alternative texting app), try *N# at the start of every message - that's the one GSM networks default to. Fingers crossed it'll work!
