Students to share house near NUIG?

This accommodation thing is harder than i thought, its so hard to find a good, reasonable priced room near the college, say about 5-10 minute walk, and it would be nice to share with other students. Is there anyone else maybe looking to rent say a 3/4 bedroomed house with other students?

I would like to share a house/apartment with NUIG students.
