It's happened me a few times especially when a thread is gone into a few pages where there might be a mod warning in a thread that I missed post and get banned.

Is it possible to give mods a feature of having a warning icon which will highlight the fact there's a warning in the thread so one can take a bit more heed when entering a busy thread

I think this is a good idea. As the case in the Michael Jackson thread, loads were banned for joking about his death because they never read the few hundred posts saying "don't joke". If there was some indication the thread was one to be careful what you say it'd be obvious to more people the mods think it's a sensitive topic.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
