I missed this today. Would love to have gone.
I thing your first pic is crying out for some planning to increase the sense of speed

Yeah, cant agree more. Tried panning when I was further up the track but didnt have much success. I didnt get there till about 2.45 - 3 so any good vantage points were well gone.

Where did this thread come from :-(
Didn't even ralise this was taking place today - bugger :-(
I had great fun shooting at lst years one and got some goodies.

    Bugger again !!

BTW Leo I like the first and last shots. A bit of panning would have been nice - but you did well to get these.

I was there for pretty much all the races. First time out there so wasn't sure of where the best spots were, so moved between most of the races (did a lap of the whole circuit by the end of the day!).
A couple of times I found myself in spots where I couldn't get any shots, but people tended to move between races and I just waited until the next race when I saw a decent spot.

    Anyhow, a couple I've quickly PP'd tonight...

    Finnegan's Corner:

    Sam's Tunnel:

Dublin Corner again, but from the Grand Final (Farquhar and Amor battle for the lead):

Thanks. I actually went to school with Sean Leonard who is the rider in shot #3.
Shot 2 was to show people how close you can get to action
Shot 3 is for the Sponsor.

Really like all Hearvee shots, especially the one of Farquhar and Amor at Finnegans corner.

Didnt have time to move about but hopefully will at Killalane. Maybe we should have a boards outing ?

Some nice shots. It was raining earlier, but from the photos it looks like it cleared up
