i looked in the "urban" dictionary. it means "acting like a prick on the internet, because you can".

how come the help desk couldn't answer this, modern question??? don't tell me you ban people for it, yet, don't know what it means!!!

Trolling is a user/person that engages in, or creating, the typed/visually related (and posted via the medium of boards) content that is considered 'trolling'. hth
