Kestrel Potatoes

I sowed Kestrel Potatoes in the last week in March, first time sowing this variety. My question is does anybody know if these potatoes flower as mine have no signs of flowering and when will they be ready for harvesting.

I havn't heard of them but I have British Queens & Roosters in since befroe 17 March & they are about 3 weeks later than usual flowering , I think the cold weather eartlier on has a lot to do with it.
